  • Is there a minimum service fee?

    Yes. Generally service calls are a minimum $140 charge.

  • I have an outlet or light that doesn't work. Can you help?

    If you're a customer who has worked with us in the past, were happy to help with any issues you have no matter how minor. Unfortunately the overhead time involved with new customers for extremely small jobs makes small jobs like this too expensive for us to service cost effectively. We recommend contacting a handyman service.

  • Can I get an estimate on small jobs?

    The time it takes to do a detailed estimate on small jobs is often counterproductive. We'll always work as efficiently as possible to achieve your goals, but generally cannot offer specific estimates on jobs likely less than $1,000.
